Founded in 2020, Ming and her partner started Ming Ming’s Kitchen as they explored a delicious journey. Ming Ming’s Kitchen brings a new taste and vibe from Northern Vietnamese cuisine. All the food was inspired by their families’ love for cooking and entertaining when they were growing up in Hanoi. With some fusion design to highlight locally sourced produce, the food at Mingming’s has made a twist not just to keep all the best flavours from Vie
