Paski Vineria Popolare is a restaurant & wine bar, with more casual vibe on the ground floor and more curated food and restaurant service on the upstair floor. The venue serves Italian food, freshly made pasta, from small individual nibbles to more substantial dishes, including mains and desserts.

Fabbrica CBD is a vibrant restaurant and retail space, serving seasonal snacks and house-made pasta, alongside minimal-intervention Italian wine. It's a vibrant restaurant and while you dine, you can still find a selection of our favourite products on shelf, too. On the menu, there will always be the Fabbrica classics like zucchini flowers, cacio e pepe and tiramisu, as well as a few dishes exclusive to our CBD venue.
